Shipping policy
Every order is packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners, then handed to your local carrier. Here is how long that takes and what to expect on the way.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over a weekend, are processed the next business day.
You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking details once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Remote areas can take slightly longer.
Delivery is free on all orders over €60. Below that, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your parcel
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first movement after dispatch. If the link has not updated within 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
Customs and duties
Some orders are shipped from outside the EU. Any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office are the responsibility of the recipient.
