Our story
We started PetsHeart because buying everyday things had become exhausting.
Endless listings, identical photographs, prices that told you nothing about what would actually arrive. So we began doing the opposite: one short list, tested properly, sold at a price we can explain.
Everything you see here has a reason to exist in the collection. If it stops earning its place, it leaves.
How we choose
Three rules we don't bend

A short list, on purpose
We would rather stock twenty things we stand behind than two hundred we don't. Every product is used, washed and worn before it goes live.

Made to be used daily
We look for materials and construction that keep their shape after months of real life, not just the first photograph.

Close to the maker
We work directly with the people who make our products, keep the range small, and pass the difference on in the price.
Questions, answered by a person
There is no ticket queue here. A message through the contact page reaches the person who packs the parcels, and we answer every one within a business day.
