When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Payment card details are entered directly on the checkout page and are never stored by us.

When you contact us we keep your message and the email address you reply from, so we can answer you and refer back to the conversation.

Your order details are used to process, pack and deliver your purchase, to send order confirmations and tracking updates, and to handle returns or support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with our payment provider, our delivery partners and the platforms that host this store.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the support page and we will respond within 30 days.
