If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Here is exactly how that works.
The 30-day window
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used pet accessories.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the returned item arriving back with us.
